Risk management

Risk analysis at Startup is conducted in a coherence mode based on different viewpoints and integrated with the norms as well as R&D&I project management standards.

The assessment methodology has several levels: - highest share-based level: Cumulative, - average level based on the issues arising from the assigned norms or standards: Standardization, - lowest level based on operational practices: Operability.

The scoring methodology is borrowed from the FMEA standard, which gives a uniform level of reference risk management values. This makes it possible to use the algorithmization method in the field of Strength Fields, and enables the determination or validation of the cumulative share.Startup
